Have an issue with or question about an existing order?

Please note that we do not provide customer support via any social media platforms whatsoever. All requests for assistance with an existing order must send an email as directed below in order to receive assistance with your order.

The subject line of your email must include "Order # XXXXXXX" and include in the body of your email both your first and last name and the email address that you purchased under in order for our customer care team to ensure that they are speaking to a verified customer.
